Regardless of how you were brought here, I thank you for your interest in my adoptable shop! At the moment, all of my adoptables are getting set up to sell on multiple adoptable sites. When in your care, you have the right to the character and all breeding rights with it. You may roleplay with it, but you may not change the original art. Customs will be available and roleplays using the characters will happen often - participation getting prizes that normally would cost some sort of currency to the public. I am not stingy when it comes to my adoptables, as I find them a labor of love to work on. All coloring is done by me, but some portions of the art is credited to other people. It is noted that I own all the rights to my art [even if they were commissioned] and I am not one to sit on the back burner with art theft. Please think twice before you do things, I put a lot of work into my babies.
Notes on my adoptables:
1. All have certificates with an identification number, heritage, and the name of the owner on it. Myself and the owner are the only ones allowed to display the image in their gallery.
2. All of the adoptables sold have breeding rights, and you may keep the offspring if you do decide to breed them or you may gift them to a friend.
3. You may rehome your adoptable as long as I am consulted for recerting. You may not resell your adoptable for any currency.
4. My adoptables do not cross-breed with one another or other adoptables.
5. Please do your best to accurately inform others about your adoptables when you display them in your gallery. All displays should have a link back to this account.

TekTek: Everything by me.
Kurrs: Sketches by Leah Tribal of PonyIsland, everything else by me.
Feesh: Sketches by Willow of PonyIsland, everything else by me.
